Editorial Style Guide

This style guide is based primarily on the Associated Press Stylebook 2006 and 2007. First reference for spelling and usage is Webster’s New World College Dictionary, Fourth Edition. Another useful resource for Alaska-specific questions is the AP Stylebook for Alaska. Some UR/Marketing and Communications publications have their own styles, which are distinct from that reflected here.
