I understand and agree to the following:

  • All uses are for one-time only, exclusive use in one publication or production.
  • Due credit will be given to the photographer whose name is provided by Marketing and Communications.
  • In order to ensure compliance with the legal obligations Marketing and Communications has made with various photographers, Marketing and Communications needs to review a draft of print and electronic publications before they go to the printer. Images must be in compliance with the contractual agreements UAF has made with photographers. Marketing and Communications will quickly review the draft for photo credits and presentation of the university identity.
  • Marketing and Communications will be given a copy of the finished publication in which the image(s) appear(s).

Electronic submission replaces handwritten signature.

*We will contact you if it is possible to accommodate your request.

**We cannot release images for usage without model releases and will discard images that don't have the necessary model releases of individuals prominently featured within 6 weeks.
