DETAILS: If you plan to visit the University of Alaska Fairbanks campus anytime soon you can't help but notice all the construction.

The Duckering Building is nearly complete and construction has begun to remodel and revitalize the Brooks building and the Rasmuson Library.

The latest project involves removing the Taku stairway at the Farmer's loop entrance to campus in favor of a new gradual walkway. It should be completed toward the end of August.

A shuttle bus is available from the Nenana lot across from the Patty Center and by request.
