EFFECTIVE: Immediately RATIONALE: The committee will investigate why the parking fee continues to support the Police Department activities and not the actual costs of parking vehicles on campus. Duration for this committee will depend upon the speediness of the committee. This group will help to get the Fairbanks community involved in supporting the University by communicating with their legislators and promoting higher education IN ALASKA.
