TO NOMINATE A TENURED FACULTY TO SERVE ON A COMMITTEE, PLEASE FILL OUT THE FOLLOWING FORM:
Nominations will be accepted through 5 PM on Thursday, April 9, 2009

Faculty must be tenured to serve on these committees.  If your unit peer review committee has a continuing member, you will not need to submit a nomination for that committee, as more than one person can not represent a specific peer review committee.  Also, a faculty member standing for promotion may not serve on the Promotion/Tenure Review Committee and a faculty member standing for post-tenure review may not serve on the Post-Tenure Evaluation Committee during the term of appointment.

Elected members will serve a two-year term (2009-2011).

Time Commitment:  Faculty files are submitted to the university-wide review committees in mid-December and recommendations are completed by early February, with the review meetings generally held during the first two weeks in January. Nominated faculty must be available during these weeks.
