The TFS Baseline Environmental Data Program now has the capacity to assist with some environmental data collection. An objective of the program is to complement and extend existing collection and summary of
baseline environmental data that is useful to the entire science community.
We will try to satisfy all reasonable requests for environmental data
collection. If there are too many requests, they will be prioritized.
Lower priority requests may not be met.
Priority will be set as follows:
- Baseline environmental data of broad utility to the entire scientific
community.
- Baseline environmental data that are necessary for comprehensive understanding, even if not requested by many users.
- Project-specific data that are not of broad utility.
Decisions about prioritization will be made by the Toolik Management
Team with input from the TFS community.
