The Pub
Welcome to The Pub
We are located in the William Ransom Wood Campus Center. The Pub has been a mainstay on the UAF campus for over 30 years. When the Wood Center first opened, the space that is now the Pub was called the Kyber Inn and was used as programming space by ASUA and Student Activities. When the Pub opened on November 3, 1975, a lottery was held to choose only 50 people that would be allowed in the Pub for the first two nights. While much has changed at UAF since 1975, the Pub remains a unique, non-smoking atmosphere that brings the University community together to enjoy a variety of special events. For a real taste of UAF, come join us at the Pub. Please remember that you must be 21 to enter the Pub.
