Spring 2012
Friday, February 10
Proposals due from faculty, staff and students online.
Please contact Ann Shane at 474-7224 if you have any questions regarding proposal submission.
Monday, February 13
Faculty and staff proposals sent to Department Heads, student proposals to ASUAF for comments/ratings.
Monday, February 20
Proposals due back to Library Dean's Office from Department Heads.
Tuesday, February 21
Proposal sent to the Deans for comments/ratings.
Tuesday, February 28
Proposals due back to Library Dean's Office from Deans and ASUAF
Wednesday, February 29
All proposals sent to Provost.
Friday, March 9
Provost sends proposal ratings back to Library Dean's Office.
Monday, March 12
Proposals sent to TAB committee.
March 12-16 SPRING BREAK
Friday, March 23
Committee ratings due to Library Dean's Office.
Saturday, March 31
TAB committee meets to evaluate proposals.
The Chancellor will announce awards after reviewing TAB recommendations.
