d. Review by Oct 30
e. Money allocated Nov
2. Spring Submissions
a. RFP Announcement Nov
b. Proposal presentations/writing workshop week of Feb. 15th
c. Submission deadline Feb. 28th, at 5:00pm
d. Review by March 10th
