  • Must be free of food and grease.

  • Remove all large clips.
  • Place all shredded material in a clear plastic bag.
  • For large volumes of paper cardboard and books, call Facilities @ 7000.

  • Request a blue bin from 474-5070
  • Use designated dumpsters in Taku parking lot.
  • Put bagged shredded paper next to bin or paper dumpster.
  • For large volumes, call Facilities @ 7000.

Plastic collection is currently limited to the dorms and other areas for data collection. #1 and #2 plastics can be recycled at the Fairbanks Rescue Mission.
