There are many ways to get involved in sustainability at UAF. For many, the easiest and quickest is to start recycling, look for ways to reduce energy consumption, and utilize mass transportation. Other options include taking the time to learn more about sustainable living and taking an active role in developing policies that help the University reduce its carbon footprint.

Support alternative energy

This quarterly e-newsletter features information on sustainability-related projects, news and events of interest to the UAF community. It also provides tips to Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, and Respect. The UAF Office of Sustainability Newsletter is e-mailed to all faculty, staff and students on non-essential e-mail listservs, as well as community members who subscribe to the UAF Sustainability e-mail list (UAFSustain-L).
