Harmon and UAF are accomplices The strange and disturbing behavior of Kevin "Kip" Harmon pissed me off in more ways than one. It's bad enough that a creep in an administrative position used his status to pursue female athletes – clearly creating an unsafe environment – but what is really insulting is that it looks like the university and his other employers allowed it to happen. |

The UAF Nanooks hockey team tied and won against the Western Michigan Broncos last weekend in their final regular season home game. Athlete spotlight: Lucas Burnett plays, works hard Lucas Burnett, a 6-foot-3, 240-pound Junior from Rossland, British Columbia, is one of the UAF hockey team's three co-captains and one of the busiest guys on campus. In addition to playing Division I hockey, Burnett, along with the rest of the team, is a full-time student. Rumors are floating around that certain commercial radio stations, namely New Northwest Broadcasters, are trying to take control of UAF hockey from KSUA. |
