POT ON HAND
Police smelled marijuana after stopping a vehicle for an equipment violation Feb. 17 around 6 p.m. After performing a search, police cited Rosanne Mancuso, 21, and Jenna Stevens, 20, both of Fairbanks, for possession of marijuana.
DRUNK & DISORDERLY
A heavily intoxicated Moore Hall resident and three curious intoxicated bystanders were cited for minor consuming Feb. 17 around 3:54 a.m., police said.
A fourth person who was previously trespassed from the MBS Complex was also arrested, according to police. Jareth Boyscout, 18, of Fairbanks, was arrested for giving a false name, possession of marijuana and minor consuming.
A drunk driver drove through a red light at 3:14 a.m. Feb 17, police said. Joel Burger, 19, of Fairbanks, registered a .096 blood alcohol content and was arrested.
A driver was found to be driving with a .194 blood alcohol content Feb. 11, police said. Gary Davis, 23, of Eielson Air Force Base, was stopped around 1:20 a.m. for failing to change lanes properly twice and not turning off his turn signal.
Police stopped a vehicle for failing to stop at a stop sign and failing to use a turn signal Feb. 11 at 12:15 a.m. The intoxicated passenger, Austin Wilson, 19, of Anchorage, was arrested for habitual minor consuming, police said.
A man was reported stumbling and yelling loudly before entering a vehicle in the Fine Arts Building parking lot on Feb. 10, police said. Police arrested Mark Winans, 46, of Fairbanks, for driving under the influence of alcohol. He refused to take a breath test, police said, and was transported to Fairbanks Correctional Center (FCC).
A UAF Pub employee had police remove a disorderly patron suspected of breaking the east entrance back door Feb. 10, police said. After being advised by the police to leave the Pub, Michael Lunde, 24, of Fairbanks, was arrested for disorderly conduct and transported to FCC.
An 18-year-old was cited for minor consuming on Feb. 10, police said. Police found the intoxicated person after performing a welfare check on individuals standing behind a vehicle parked unsafely on the outside of a turn on North Tanana Drive.

Damage to a vehicle was reported Feb. 10, police said. Police photographed the damage done to the passenger side quarter panel and bumper and issued a participation form to the victim.
