PITY PARTY

March 4: An officer observed a four-wheeler being operated in the roadway on College Road. He attempted to stop the vehicle, but it sped off and the officer lost it. But the driver, Kevin C. Shank, 27, was known by officers, so they went to his house and arrested him for evading and eluding and driving without a license. During the pat down search, a large quantity of what was believed to be methamphetamine and money was found. Shank was charged with misconduct involving a controlled substance. The four-wheeler was later found to be stolen.
