Before commenting, shouldn't the author completely educate himself on the issue?

Writing a diatribe about what he "hates" without the experience is akin to a childish rant.

Expression of stress is one thing, and while I do agree with the spirit of the article; snowmachines do not belong on the street, the overall feeling of the article left one with a bad taste.... regarding the author, not the snow machines.

As has been said before.  If you "hate" Fairbanks, there are two roads leading out of town.  Pick one.
