LUCY! I'M HOME…

A male attempting to enter a female's room at Lathrop Hall without permission was reported at 4 a.m. Oct. 5. He left the scene on foot in an unknown direction, but was later contacted by the Fairbanks Police. He was trespassed from UAF property for one year.

 

SUPER SUPERVISOR

A drunk driver was arrested around 3 a.m. Oct. 6 after he was stopped for failing to dim his headlights for oncoming traffic. Twenty-year-old Isaiah Kane, of Sutton, tested a .171 BAC and was also found to have a marijuana pipe in his possession. His boss came to get the car.

 

A FRIENDLY REMINDER

After stopping a car on Alumni Drive Oct. 2 for failing to signal a turn, police arrested the driver for having a suspended license. Kristopher M. Sisseck, 20, had been advised of this previously and was taken to Fairbanks Correctional Center. A passenger was cited for minor consuming, and the car was impounded.

 

IN TIME FOR BREAKFAST

An officer stopped a car for speeding and weaving on College Road around 5:30 a.m. Oct. 2. The driver, 19-year-old Ross N. Gallager was found to be driving with a revoked license and was taken to Fairbanks Correctional Center. The vehicle was impounded.

 

HIGH PROFILE

An officer stopped a vehicle at the MACS bus stop Oct. 3, and Toronzo A. Tandy, 22, was arrested and taken to jail for driving with a revoked license. Police logs did not give a reason for the traffic stop.

 

SECURING THE "EVIDENCE"

A report of drug use at the MacLean House was received just before midnight Oct. 2. An officer arrived and confiscated some alcohol and marijuana. The incident was turned over to Residence Life.

 

ODDS AND ENDS

Police received a report of a missing juvenile around 10 p.m. Oct. 1. The juvenile arrived home shortly after the report was made.

A motor vehicle accident was reported in the Skarland Parking Lot Oct. 2.

An officer found a set of keys at Constitution Hall Oct. 1.

An officer found a day planner at the Police Department Oct. 1.
