Previous UA Students
Who have taken a class since Summer 2006
- You have already been assigned a University student ID. If you know what your ID is, and know how to log into UAOnline , you may go to the Current UA students section and follow those instructions.
- If you do not know your UA ID, go to UAOnline and select Login to Secured Area (Students, Staff, & Faculty). Click on look up your ID here. Follow the instructions to get your UA ID.
- Return to UAOnline
If you are not able to reset your PIN using the "Forgot PIN" question, do one of the following:
* - Bring a picture ID to the Registrar's Office to request a PIN reset.
* - Fax to 474-7097 a legible copy of your picture ID, phone number, e-mail address, signature and request to reset PIN. You will be contacted by e-mail once your PIN has been reset.
* - Contact the Office of Admissions and the Registrar at 474-7500 to request a PIN reset. You will be asked a series of security questions before your PIN is reset.
- Log on to UAOnline and follow the instructions in the Current UA student section.
