At Summer Sessions & Lifelong Learning, we understand that it is equally important for students as well their parents to be well informed when selecting which university to attend. Your son or daughter has made a great selection, if they have decided to attend University of Alaska Fairbanks.
While students choose a college or university based on the fun while you learn principle, at Summer Sessions we understand that finances, quality of education, safe and secure learning environment are at the top of parents’ priority list.

Nanook Family Network
The Nanook Family Network is a website specifically for parents and other family members of UAF students. This site serves as a social networking site - like Facebook - for family members to ask questions and talk about their experience. The Nanook Family Network also serves as an information hub with a regular newsletter, links to the latest UAF news, events, videos, and more.
