Course Proposal - Faculty interested in teaching a course during Summer Sessions or WINTERmester should contact their department chair who compiles their unit's summer courses. Each department prepares a Course Proposal Form, to be approved by the department chair and dean. Non-fillable version.

Variable Dates Course Proposal form can be used for weekend and short courses.

Travel Awards  - Summer Sessions & Llifelong Learning provides travel awards to qualifying summer faculty to be used for professional development at an academic conference or for research related travel.

Mammoth Awards - The faculty member that has the highest enrollment in their 3-credit summer class is awarded with the prestigious Mammoth Award.
