Recognition for all returning clubs is due by Friday, February 13th by 5pm. If you are a new/forming organization please contact the LIVE Office located in Wood Center.
We've broken the Student Organizations Registration Process down into easy steps:
1) Update your organization's student organizations database entry
2) Complete an Account Signers Form. (only required once a year)
*All account signers must complete the Account Signers Quiz before privileges are active.
3) Have at least one officer of your student organization attend an officer training.

HERE are a few tips and tricks to consider when participating in the Student Org Fair! We host one every semester and it could be a great opportunity for recruitment and networking!

2015 Student Organization Officer Training
UAF Student Organizations are required to send at least one officer to an officer training once per semester. Organizations are strongly encouraged to send a member who has not previously attended a training.
Organizations are welcome to bring more than one officer. Information presented will be the same at all trainings. Training will last approximately one hour.
Sessions will be offered:
Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday February 10th - 12th, at 7pm in the Wood Center conference room C/D
Friday, February 13th at 2pm in Wood Center conference room E/F
& Saturday, February 14th at 2pm in Gruening 208.
Club Storage Sign-in
This is our temporary sign in sheet to keep everything in order in the new and developing Student Organizations Room. There is limited space so, pending availablility, a club may use half of a cubby for storage.

Catering Option for Student Groups!
Shoestring Catering is a low-cost, no-frills segment of Flavours Catering which is ONLY available to:
* Student Government
* Residential Students & Senate
* Registered Student Groups for the enhancement of student social life on campus.
In order to qualify for Shoestring prices, these guidelines need to be followed:
* Order placed at least ONE week prior to the event.
* Food request MUST come from the Shoestring menu.
* A signed and authorized requisition or other form of payment must be received THREE business days prior to the event.

Spring 2015 ASUAF Club Funding Application
In order to qualify for ASUAF funding one member of the club must have attended one of the offered officer trainings. The database and account signers form must be up to date for the spring 2015 semester. If an account signers form was turned in last fall and no officers changes have occured the form is still valid.
ASUAF funding will close February 16th at 5:00 PM. Any submissions after will not recieve funding. Only one club per applicant and only one submission per club.
The form will require a UA log in. If you have any problems logging please try a different browser or incognito window if operating google chrome.

Account Signer Quiz
All students registering to be an account signer for their organization must complete two steps:
1. Complete the Account Signer Assessment
2. The student organizations must turn in one, complete account signers form
