Recognition for all returning clubs is due by Wednesday, October 1st by 5pm. If you are a new/forming organization please contact the LIVE Office located in Wood Center.
We've broken the Student Organizations Registration Process down into easy steps:
1) Update your organization's student organizations database entry
2) Complete an Account Signers Form. (required once a year)
*All account signers must complete the Account Signers Quiz before privileges are active.
3) Have at least one officer of your student organization attend an officer training.
CLICK HERE TO LOG IN to the Student Organizations Database (UA LEAD) to access your organization and/or update new info.
If you can't log in to the database contact the Student Organizations office to be added as a user for your organizations--send your UA username (same as your UA email address) to UAFfirstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 474-1959.
Student Organizations Officer Training
All UAF Student Organizations are required to send at least one member to an officer training once per semester. Organizations are strongly encouraged to send a member who has not previously attended a training.
Organizations are welcome to bring more than one officer. Information presented is identical at all training sessions.

ASUAF Club Funding Application
It is that time again!! Funding applications will be due by October 8th at 5:00PM. All applications must be submited elecronically. Late submissions will be denied
Funding amounts will be announced on October 20th. Please only one club per application and remmeber, this is a competitive application process.

Student Organizations Fair Registration
The UAF Student Organizations Fair will take place on Wednesday and Thursday, October 15th and 16th from 11a.m. - 2p.m. in Wood Center.
Wednesday is reserved for Academic, Honor, and Service & Volunteer organizations.
Thursday is reserved for Recreational, Athletic, Greek, Religious & Spiritual, and Special Interest student organizations.

Account Signer Quiz
All students registering to be an account signer for their organization must complete two steps:
1. Complete the Account Signer Assessment
2. The student organizations must turn in one, complete account signers form
