The ASB Virtual Mentor Program, conducted via e-mail, connects driven students with passionate mentors in the business community.

Framework for Engagement

**  Students are matched with a mentor with whom they feel a shared interest for correspondence throughout the semester;

**  A minimum of four emails during the semester will be initiated by the student for response by the mentor;

**  The student will be required to extend two invitations to the mentor to participate in on-campus events or activities;

**  The mentor will be required to extend one invitation to the student to participate in an off-campus activity;

**  Students will send questions to mentors no less than two weeks prior to the response date (at the monthly ASB meeting);

**  Students will share responses with the ASB group four different times during the semester to share knowledge gained and personal experiences with the company.
