Associated Students of Business (ASB) is a student organization encompassing all majors in the School of Management. Our officers like to think that the membership body of ASB is the entire student body of the School of Management at University of Alaska Fairbanks, but our membership list is comprised of students who have participated in an ASB event or function.
ASB welcomes the School of Management 's alumni and honorary associates from the Fairbanks business community, as well as faculty at UAF. ASB affiliation offers tremendous potential and golden opportunities to all of its members through participation, contribution, and networking. Students develop professional abilities, organizational skills, communication tools, and analytical proficiency, and have fun at the same time!

4/15: Leadership Program’s Coffee Conversation: come on Wednesday to discuss this week’s article, "Integrity or Craft: The Leadership Question". Sign up in the leadership office and have a coffee and dessert on us!
4/16: ASB Membership Meeting – Bunnell 313; 1:10-1:50p – FEDC’s Cassie Pinkel will speak about the upcoming EMERGING LEADERS DIALOGUE happening May 14-16, 2009 (see attachment). Also: ASUAF speaker Keane Richards (running for ASUAF President)
4/18: Ice Cream Scooping at Fairbanks Concert Association - Yuval Ron Ensemble – Hering Auditorium; 8:00p (see attachment) – still seeking volunteers!
4/19: Leadership Program’s Leadership Date: This Sunday we will be going to see a movie and discuss leadership aspects of the flick over dinner. Sign up in the leadership office!
4/21: Leadership Program’s Leadership Lunch: Don't forget next Tuesday Mayor Terry Strle will be at the leadership lunch from 1-2pm – held in the UAF Alumni Lounge!
4/21: 5:30-6:30p - UAF Toastmasters Club meets in the Wood Center, Conf. Rm. E – an excellent opportunity to improve speaking & communication skills. A worthwhile meeting if there ever was one!!

4/24: SPRINGFEST!! - ASB will be volunteering at SpringFest to help out at the Resource Center for Parents & Children (RCPC). Interested? Our team will be cutting & sewing swaddling blankets for newborn babies in low-income homes. Call Jenn at 322-6267 to get your name on the list!
