Goals
Strategic Plan 2010 goals will be posted here as they are developed.
Subcommittees were appointed in February 2005 to:
- Review UAF Strategic Plan 2005
- Review Strategic Themes and Goals
- Review Draft Goals and Themes
- Review the UA System Strategic Plan
- Determine what is needed to do an external strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats analysis (SWOT)
- Determine what is needed to do an internal SWOT
- Develop a communications plan
- Determine stakeholders
- Review current mission statement and draft revised mission statement.
