Speaking Center Facilities
The UAF Speaking Center has fantastic facilities for assisting students and community members in improving their public speaking skills.
We have:
A group work and presentation room that includes:
- Conference table
- Seating for eight people
- Digital projecting equipment
- Two laptops
- A podium for speaking
One video enabled consultation room includes:
- Video viewing equipment that enables students to review their speeches.
- A desktop computer for editing or viewing computer files or video.
One regular consultation room that provides a quiet, isolated space with a speaker equipped computer for working with Speaking Center coaches and/or practicing speech presentation.
