An Educational Adventure: Field Courses

When you study at the School of Natural Resources & Agricultural Sciences you get out of the classroom, roll up your sleeves, and get your hands dirty (sometimes literally)—good, solid fieldwork. While many courses involve research at field sites, or have the occasional short day trip, others center around one or more major excursions into the field, lasting from two days to four weeks, depending on the course. These dynamic courses and field trips help you see the natural environment, environmental ethics, and management issues in action.
