  The Badge
This is the official badge of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity.  The original badge designed by our founders only showed the S and F in the black part of the heart.  The E was located under the skull and crossbones.

  The Coat of Arms
The Coat of Arms, shown to the right, is made up of three components: The Ducal Crown, though part of the Coat of Arms, is also worn as as a pin separate from the crest and the scroll.  This pin is the recognized alumni pin.

The two colors found on the shield, purple and red, are the colors of the Fraternity.  The Fraternity's flowers are the red rose and purple violet.
The Scroll has written on it in Greek the name of the Fraternity: Sigma Fi Eyilon.

  The Flag
The flag to the left is the flag of the National Fraternity.  The flag to the right is used for plainer identification (by means of the Greek letter in the lower left corner) of the Chapter displaying the flag.

  The Red Door
The Red Doors are a tradition started at Syracuse (New York Alpha Chapter) in the 1920's.  Should a SigEp travel to one of the many campuses nation-wide that has a SigEp Chapter, he will seek out the Red Doors of the local Chapter, knowing that he will always be welcomed to pass through them.

  The Balanced Man Symbol
The Balanced Man Symbol was created to reinforce the values of our Greek-letter heritage: "NOUS UGIHS EN SWMATI UGIEI"  or "Spirit Healthy, Body Healthy."

  The Flowers

The Deep Red Rose and the Purple Violet are the SigEp flowers, consistent with our fraternity colors, Red and Violet.
