ANDREW CASSEL
.
Andrew moved to Alaska in 1987 and immediately found Theatre UAF. He was cast in the Ken Risch production of Biloxi Blues. He wouldn't return to the Salisbury for 13 years. It was 2000's production of The Importance of Being Earnest that really brought him into the Theatre UAF fold.
Anatoly Antohin cast Andrew, a community member, in the college production. Since then Andrew has been a part of more than 50 productions in the Fairbanks area. Extensive work with the Fairbanks Shakespeare Theatre has taken Andrew to Scotland and Australia to perform in theatre festivals there.
He has toured around Alaska and into Canada. He has also work with the Fairbanks Drama Association, Fairbanks Light Opera Theatre, Fairbanks Actors Theatre, Klondykes and Queens, Interior Media Evoultion, Persevernace Theatre, the Alaska Theatre Alliance, and the Fairbanks Children's Theatre.
