Frank Wooding Memorial Garden

This bed highlights the official flower of the City of Fairbanks, the delphinium. It also includes a mix of perennials, and we interplant with annuals left over from our annual trial beds. The perennials are labeled but the annuals are not. Look for the annuals in the trial beds.
