Wait List Information
When a space opens in a closed class, the first person on the waitlist will be sent an email (to their Preferred email address) and they'll be given a specific amount of time to log into UAOnline and add from the waitlist. If they miss the widow (take no action) then the space will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
The Registrar's Office will not do any manual monitoring of waitlist and moving students to the roster. The student has the responsibility of adding from the waitlist when notified of an open space.
