Below you will find the Program of Studies Completion Form for Occupational Endorsements. When a student completes their Occupational Endorsement coursework, the program/campus will complete this form, including all approval signatures and submit to the UAF Graduation Office. The Graduation Office will verify and post to transcripts on a 3 times per year basis (Fall/Spring/Summer). Once verification is complete, the program/campus may create a certificate of completion and hold a ceremony for the graduating students. This will not take place during UAF Commencement.
 

Students would need to be admitted into the Occupational Endorsement and regular Admissions fees would apply. Students do not need to apply for graduation and there is no fee associated with graduation.
