Summer Housing Move-In Process for Family, Employee, Graduate and Non-traditional Students
To accept an apartment when offered, you must sign a Summer Session Occupancy Agreement and $200.00 pre-payment of rent. The balance of your rent is due and payable in full at the time you check in, except students enrolled for the 12 week session, who may make monthly payments on the first day of each month at the Business Office. If you cancel your housing after accepting your assignment, you will forfeit the initial $200 pre-payment of rent. A Financially Inter-Dependent form or copy of a marriage certificate must accompany this application if not sent with your application. Applicants planning marriage should give an expected date of marriage and provide a copy of the marriage certificate prior to move in.
