Winter Break and Summer Housing

Winter Break Housing: Residence Life offers housing during the Winter break to students living on campus for both the fall and spring semesters, or just the spring semester. Winter housing availability is limited. Information about Winter Housing is available in October.

Summer Housing: University of Alaska students enrolled in summer classes or fall classes, or who intend to enroll in fall classes are eligible for summer housing. We also offer housing to interns working in the Fairbanks area or at UAF for the summer. There are several options for summer housing, including single student, graduate student and family housing. If you have questions or need to reserve a room for Summer, please contact Residence Life. More information will be available here in February.
