Harwood is located on the corner of Tanana Loop and Kuskokwim Way. It is a three (3) story complex which consists of 18 one-bedroom (470 sq ft) furnished apartments and 18 efficiency (380 sq ft) furnished apartments for graduate students, non-traditional students, or employees. Each apartment has cable access, Ethernet connection, and a local phone connection. Common laundry facilities are located on the first and third floor in Harwood and are currently free of charge.

Harwood apartments are fully furnished. Furniture in Harwood cannot be removed. The standard furnishings for a one bedroom apartment are:
