The Department of Residence Life offers a variety of housing options From first time freshmen to graduate students to students with families and everyone in between, you will find a home away from home here at UAF.

We know choosing a college usually starts with the academic program and then quickly turns to the creature comforts of home. These are some of the things that make living on campus a fantastic experience:

Guest housing is available year round for parents or University guests. We offer great rates, and comfortable accommodations. Not sure you qualify? Contact us and we will work with you to determine your eligibility for on-campus guest housing.

Summer Student Housing information and applications are now available. Thinking about taking a class at UAF this summer? Don't forget to apply for housing. Space is limited, and applications are processed in the order recieved.

Applications for housing during the 2008-2009 academic year are now being accepted. Send in your application today!

Arriving early for the fall semester? Move-in day is August 31 beginning at 8am. If you are arriving in Fairbanks before 8am on August 31st, we still have guest rooms available.
