Conference/Event
Planners: If you are interested in reserving guest rooms and/or
meeting space for your group, please complete our Initial
Inquiry form. Once we have received it, we will make sure
we have appropriate space for your group, then send out an Agreement
for you to look over, sign and send back. Please feel free to
contact us with any questions, either before sending the Initial
Inquiry, or after, and we will be more than happy to help.
Individual
Guests: If you would like to make a reservation to stay in UAF
guest housing, please complete the Reservation
form. You can download this form and fax or mail it to our office. If you prefer, you can submit your reservation online.
Once we have your reservation request, we will make sure we have
appropriate space for you and contact you if we don't have what
you have asked for available. We will send you a confirmation
of your reservation so you have the information you will need
for getting to campus, picking up your keys, and checking into
your room. Please feel free to contact us with any questions,
either before sending the Reservation form, or after, and we will
be more than happy to help.
