Conference Facilities

Meeting rooms and lounges are available for rental in the Residence Halls on a space available basis. These rooms require advance reservations and five-day notice of cancellation. Room charges vary, and special setups and breakdowns are available at an additional cost. If no breakdown is scheduled, room must be returned to original condition to avoid additional charges.

Residence Life also has a conference facility available in the MBS Complex. This space is ideal for large events up to 300 guests, as well as small gatherings. The space includes a break out room, kitchen area, sound booth, check-in desk, and storage space. Audio/visual equipment is also available for use at a nominal cost. Hess Recreation Center is an ideal space for a variety of events. The space is adaptable to fit your needs and specifications. Hess Recreation Center has been used for:
