Apartment options for students without families

Harwood Hall offers a mature living environment to graduate and non-traditional undergraduate students (over 26 years old). Single students as well as married or financially interdependent couples without children are eligible to live in Harwood. Non-traditional students choosing to live in Harwood Hall should complete the Family, Employee, Graduate, and Non-Traditional Student Housing Application.

Cutler Apartment Complex offers Non-Traditional students a shared apartment living experience, sharing a 2 bedroom apartment with up to 3 other students. Students interested in applying for a Cutler apartment should complete the Single Student Application.

Other campus apartments may be available based on occupancy. Please contact us to discuss options available to you.

Residence Hall options
