Employee Housing

The Department of Residence Life maintains a limited number of apartments for new members of the UAF faculty and staff who are also new to Fairbanks. These apartments are available to help new members of the University get acquainted with their new city before finding permanent housing off campus. Employee housing requires a 12 month lease.

Employee housing is available in 1, 2, or 3 bedroom units in either single, duplex or triplex homes located on Chandalar Drive and Tanana Loop. Units include all utilities except for internet and phone, have a washer/dryer in the unit, and some have a garage. Furniture is available if requested at least 30 days prior to arrival.
