Moving
in
When
you are offered an apartment you must respond by the date indicated
in the offer letter, and submit 1/2 of the damage/reservation deposit.
The deposit for Student Family Housing totals $600. This deposit
will be returned when you check out according to appropriate procedures
(less any outstanding charges). Once you arrive on campus, you
will sign a Housing
Occupancy Agreement, and pay the remaining balance of
the deposit as well as the first month's rent payment. You will
be asked to review and sign an apartment inventory which describes
the condition of your apartment and its furnishings. This will
be used to access cleaning and/or damage charges when you move
out.
