From traditional residence halls to two-bedroom suites, UAF has a wide variety of affordable options for your conference. Please see complete the Group Reservation Form to start the process of hosting your conference at UAF campus. If you have any questions please speak with a conference coordinator to plan your conference.

Academic Guest All guest stay in University housing to partake in classes or research. Ex: Summer sessions professors, Interns or field researchers, etc.  Make Reservation for Academic Guest Housing

Recreational Guests All visitors to UAF campus who are staying for recreation, business or other reasons. Ex: Visitors to the museum or other campus attractions, participants in cultral events such as WEIO, etc. Make Reservation for Recreational Guest Housing

Only steps away from the UA Museum of the North and a short distance away from downtown Fairbanks, Summer Visitor Housing at UAF offers an affordable alternative to local hotels.  Housing is available in the Culter Apartment Complex & traditional residence hall style rooms, many of which have spectacular views of the majestic Alaska Range. Reservations are available to anyone who is visiting the UAF campus either for academic or recreational pursuits. You must be at least 18 years of age to reserve a room with Summer Visitor Housing. Summer Visitor Housing is a relaxing, fun, and budget-conscious alternative while visiting the Fairbanks Area.

Six-week Session I: 5/28 - 7/3

Long-term housing (22 nights or more)—Residence Life offers Summer Student Housing for single students in Moore Hall for students staying 22 nights or longer on campus.  

Short-term housing (21 nights or less)—Short-term housing will be located in Skarland Hall. Guest should complete the Individual guest reservation form. Make a reservation for short-term housing.

**Please note that on-campus housing during MAYmester (5/13-5/24) is restricted to current residents (Spring 2013 Semester).

New for Summer 2013 an online payment system that will streamline our services! We will launch our online credit card payment system April 1, 2013.

• Single Suite One room; one twin bed; bathroom (toilet) in the suite. Wickersham Hall only. 
   
• Double Room One room; two twin beds. 
   
• Quad Suite Two rooms separated by a toilet; twin bed in each; four (4) beds total. Wickersham Hall only. 
   
• 2-Bed Apt.  Two bedrooms; two twin beds in each; one bathroom (toilet and shower) on the second floor; kitchen, living and dining room on first floor.
