Hess Village

Hess Village offers one, two and three bedroom furnished apartments for families with children. Hess Village also maintains a recreation room for community use. There are two playgrounds and a basketball court for use by the Village's families.

Laundry facilities are available and are currently free of charge. 1-bedroom units share laundry facilities, and the larger apartments in Hess Village are equipped with a washer and dryer.

One bedroom apartments are 530 square feet. Two bedroom apartments are 720 square feet, and three bedroom apartments are 870 square feet.

Hess Village apartments are furnished. Depending on resident preferences, the apartments can be unfurnished. The standard furnishings for an apartment are:

- Full size bed for master bedroom
- Twin bed(s) for child’s bedroom
- Dining table with 4 chairs
