Welcome to Cheryl's Home Page
Hi! I am Cheryl Charles from Tuntutuliak, Alaska. It is a village near the Kuskokwim Bay, approximately 50 mi. southwest of Bethel with a population of about 350 people. In my family, there is, my Mom Rose, Step-Father Richard, Emilyann, Lonnie, and Quentin. Also including my grandparents James and Nancy Charles. This fall I will be moving to Sitka with my family, where I will continue attending Mt. Edgecumbe High School. My birthdate is August 11, 1984.
In my family group, "Gimme A Pound" there is: Howard Darling(group leader), Eddie Olsen, Latanya Odden, Esther Edwards, Krystal Henry, Aaron Solomon, Angela Sergie, Lucy Gavin, and Thomas Burton. We had a lot of fun competing in the Fun Olympics at Twin Bears. Even though our group didn't place where we wanted to, there was a lot to celebrate because we made it through the first three weeks!! Yeah!!
There are many things that I like to do, but I will name just a few: talking on the phone, hanging-out with friends, and last but not least, sleep(who doesn't??).
My favorite memory of RAHI is swimming at Twin Bears, meeting people, and feeling independent as if I were at a real college. The least favorite memory of RAHI that I will share with you is doing the homework, having to do essay exams, and missing my mom a lot.
Becoming a pilot is a career goal that I keep in mind because flying is fun (da bomb)!I also think that I would like to become a pharmacist, but not exactly sure where I would be working at, and that is not something that I have to worry about right now.
In five years I see myself attending college or something like that.
