UAF Procurement & Contract Services is located in Rooms 103 & 105 on the
first floor of the Administrative Services Center at 3295 College Road, next to
Mike's University Chevron. Visitor parking is available in the West parking lot.
Feel free to come in and introduce yourself, meet our procurement staff,
and drop off solicitations, catalogs or company literature.

Normal business hours are
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
Monday through Friday

Mission Statement
Procurement & Contract Services is dedicated to providing convenient, timely, and cost effective acquisition
of goods and services on behalf of the campus community, support for collaborative research, and
professional administration and monitoring of contracts and subawards, while maintaining compliance with
University of Alaska Board of Regents' Policies, State of Alaska statutes and federal regulations.
