Reports and Distribution of Reports

Upon completion of processing, result reports are generated for each faculty member surveyed and three comprehensive campus reports are generated: one is faculty in alphabetical order, one is courses in alphabetical order and the third is a "student" version of the report that only lists results for items 1-4, 17, 18, 23, 26, and 32. It is published by ASUAF as a public document. Copies of these are archived in the Rasmuson Library.

Reporting

Individual and all-faculty reports are generated each semester and at the end of summer sessions. Individual reports are distributed to the dean, department head and the faculty member. Processing the completed forms takes time - faculty can expect the fall reports to be available sometime in March and the spring and summer reports to be available upon return each fall. The yellow comment sheets that accompany the surveys are to be read ONLY by the faculty member and are returned to the faculty member after grades have been submitted. All-faculty reports are also distributed to the dean or director's office. A "student" version of the all-faculty report that only lists results for items 1-4, 17, 18, 23, 26, and 32 is published by ASUAF as a public document. It is available through ASUAF or from the reserve counter at the Rasmuson Library. The Office of the Provost maintains the central file for all reports.
