3. Download an assessment plan template.
4. Questions to ask before you start.
5. Form a work group to draft an initial assessment plan.
6. Discuss your draft at a departmental faculty meeting.
7. Questions to ask to assess the complexity of your plan.
8. Revise your plan as necessary.
9. Submit copies of your plan to your dean and the provost.
