A committee of statewide faculty will review the portfolios, comprehensive exams or special projects annually, in late April, using a rubric of the standards to determine how well the students have achieved the intended objectives. |
|
Graduates will be satisfied with their professional preparation and current employment. |
A survey will be given to each graduate to determine their satisfaction with the course of study. A second survey will be sent out a year after the student has graduated. (sample draft survey in appendix) |
A statewide professional council will review the survey responses annually, compile the data and report the aggregate level of graduate satisfaction to the program chair. The results will be divided according to graduates and those 1-2 years past graduation. |
|
Employers will be satisfied with the BA CDFS graduates they employ. |
A survey will be given to each employer to determine their satisfaction with the skills of the graduate. |
A statewide professional council will review the survey responses annually, compile the data and report the aggregate level of employer satisfaction to the program chair. |

Using the data obtained from the surveys, the statewide professional council will make recommendations to the program chair for curricular changes. |
