I worked for Professor Newman . I used one-dimensional fusion/plasma models to analyze the effect of noise in a simplified plasma system and how the noise assists/hinders energy transport in the medium.

I think that undergraduate research is a vital experience for what graduate school will be like. It gives you the necessary information to make the correct choice on whether you want to pursue further education or a non-academic job.
