Opening
Enrollment Reports are generated at the beginning of every
fall and spring semester. The reports reflect enrollment at the onset
of the given semester. Typically the fall opening report is available
by the 1st of October and the spring opening report is available by
the 15th of February. Federal reporting, national survey responses and
the Common Data Set use the fall
opening as a data source. |

Closing
Enrollment Reports are generated a month after the termination
of every fall and spring semester. The reports reflect enrollment at
the end of the given semester. Typically the fall closing report is
available by the 1st of Februrary and the spring closing report is available
by the 1st of June. State reporting, internal reporting and official
