The summer camp component brings 60 students (40 from target schools) annually to the UAF campus for an intensive six-week summer program of course work, field trips and a variety of social and cultural activities. Students are requires to take math and composition/literature courses and can elect to take courses in a number of other topics including environmental technology, journalism, justice, wildlife biology and computer science.
