A common area television lounge, common kitchen area on the main floor (no kitchen utensils are supplied), and laundry facilities are also part of the residential halls.
If you feel like there is a lot to bring on this list, don't panic. You are not required to bring everything; they are just suggestions. Also, if you feel you need some things but don't have room, you can always mail them to the dorm and pick them up when you get here, or buy items on campus or at stores in Fairbanks.
